  • Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.
  • Processing Time: It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 5 – 7 business days (depends on shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. NOTE: With Express shipping, It only takes 2-3 days.
  • Please note: We process orders on business days, which are Monday – Friday, Eastern Standard Times, exluding weekends or holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
  • Worldwide Shipping Available: In Eprintdo, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.
  • Return & Exchange: If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
  • Insurance: Commit to refund Fully if not receive after 30 days.
  • Notice: – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this. – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.

The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.

We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location.

RECEIVED ITEMS

The item received is incorrect or defective.

For incorrect or defective items, we can either refund the base cost to your Gerbera wallet or, if the customer prefers, we can ship them a new order.
